The framework is adapted to the organisation and its initiatives rather than built around a preferred methodology. Agile, waterfall and hybrid practices can coexist where they are appropriate and clearly understood.

What you receive

A tailor-made delivery framework designed around your organisation, portfolio and identified delivery challenges. Where no common framework exists, we build one from the ground up. Where an existing framework is already in place, we retain what works and improve the elements that create inconsistency, poor visibility or ineffective decision-making.

Success is not defined by publishing a framework or completing training. Before deployment, we agree measurable success and adoption criteria. The engagement is completed when those criteria have been met and the identified delivery problems have been resolved or reduced to the agreed level.

Typical duration

Typically 6–12 weeks for the assessment, framework design and supporting toolkit.

Where the engagement also includes piloting the framework on live initiatives, refinement, training and adoption support, it may extend to 4–6 months.
