  A programme requires additional senior ownership during mobilisation, transition, regulatory delivery, go-live or another high-impact phase.

• Complex cross-functional delivery
  Business, technology, suppliers and other stakeholders need to operate against one direction, governance structure and integrated plan.

What you receive

Well strucured initiative with clear path forward, defined workstreams, responsibilities and governance. Hands-on management of decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholders and delivery priorities.

Depending on the scope of engagement, normally it covers programme charter, integrated roadmap, governance model, RAID log, Steering Committee pack and executive dashboard for regular reporting.

Typical duration
